Message from our portfolio manager

Dear visitor,

Our journey to make the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Türkiye more inclusive and stronger began with the ENHANCER project. What we learned, the bridges we built and the transformation we saw led us to a broader vision. ENHANCER PRO builds on that experience—it is wider, more ambitious, and above all more inclusive.

Co-financed by the European Union and implemented through the strong partnership of ICMPD and the General Directorate of Development Agencies of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the programme runs from December 2024 to December 2028 with a total budget of 70 million euros. For us, the meaning behind the figures is real, lasting change for entrepreneurs across Türkiye.

Our target groups are Turkish citizens, Syrians under temporary protection, and people under international protection. We believe every entrepreneur deserves a fair chance to succeed, regardless of background. ENHANCER PRO is built on that belief.

At the heart of the programme is a holistic approach that goes beyond finance alone. We combine grants with training, mentorship, consultancy and B2B networking—because growing a business takes capital, knowledge, connections and guidance.

Through a 45.25 million euro grant portfolio we aim to support 100 start-ups, 100 scale-ups, 210 SMEs, 200 cooperatives and 55 local common use facilities—665 enterprises and ecosystem actors in total—create 2,550 jobs and reach 9,680 beneficiaries, alongside 64 events, awareness activities and the ENHANCER PRO digital platform.

From 2026 we are rolling out the calls under this portfolio. These programmes will shape ENHANCER PRO’s footprint across Türkiye.

I believe ENHANCER PRO is more than a project: it is trust in local economies, investment in human potential, and a shared commitment to an inclusive entrepreneurial future for Türkiye. I look forward to welcoming you on this journey.
